What we do

We offer a full take off and measurement service for a variety of different trades for both a residential and commercial sector:

• Drylining / Partitioning

• Decorating

• Suspended Ceilings

• Render

• Screed

• Tiling

We measure by both hand and with the use of software to maximise accuracy and efficiency and log it all into detailed excel documents the are easy to read and understand. 

We will issue you two excel documents upon completion of measurement, one with a detailed breakdown of the measures and the second is a specifications and tender notes document tailored to your job.

Further we can custom our format to a way that works for your company.

Please be aware we will measure and check our work to the best of our ability however liability will remain with the contractor and not TECO in all instances.
We advise our tender notes, allowances and exclusions document is reviewed thoroughly to ensure we have interpret your requirements correctly.
