Residential measurement

We understand that in order for a project to perform well time keeping and organisation is crucial, and when managing jobs from tender though to final account the most time is consumed in the take off and measurement stage.

Externally sourcing the take off process allows for more time to be applied to the management of live jobs and other areas that the commercial department demands.

 

Residential new build developments can be long and tedious, particularly if there are many house types to price and we want to help.

Our base cost is £25.00 per hour

We include a 1 hour admin fee each time which covers the administrative side of things like the specification and tender notes documents.

  • Single Storey

    Approximately 10-15 minutes for bungalows, sales garages or the likes

  • Two Storey

    Approximately 20-30 minutes for generic new build houses

  • Room in roof / Three storey

    Approximately 30-45 minutes for larger builds

  • Apartment Blocks

    Apartments priced upon review
